In the competitive world of online retail, even small UX improvements can significantly impact user satisfaction and sales. This project aimed to optimize the user experience of an established e-commerce platform, focusing on simplifying navigation, improving product discovery, and boosting user confidence throughout the buying journey. The result was a seamless, engaging shopping experience that increased both conversion rates and customer loyalty.

Redesigned the menu architecture with intuitive categories and subcategories. Added predictive search and personalized recommendations to help users find products faster.

Reorganized content to highlight key information — product name, price, and CTA buttons — while secondary details supported the buying decision without overwhelming users.

Integrated real customer reviews, stock urgency alerts (“Only 2 left!”), and transparent return policies. Added micro-interactions like subtle animations on “Add to Cart” to reinforce user actions.
