In a world where managing money can feel overwhelming, fintech apps have the power to bring clarity, control, and confidence to users’ financial lives. This project focused on designing a mobile-first fintech experience that helps users track expenses, manage savings, and make smarter financial decisions — all in a simple, intuitive, and empowering interface. The challenge was to turn complex data into calm, user-friendly interactions that inspire trust and daily engagement.

Improved NPS from 6.5 to 8.2
Redesigned the dashboard to prioritize what matters most: spending trends, savings progress, and upcoming bills. Used color-coded visualizations to help users understand their financial health at a glance.
Streamlined the app structure around three main areas: Spend, Save, and Plan. This allowed users to access key actions quickly and reduced friction throughout the journey.
Rewrote key microcopy to feel more supportive and less robotic. For example: “Looks like you’re on track this month!” or “Need help building your savings habit?”
Used whitespace, soft gradients, and clean typography to give the app a modern yet calm feel. The goal was to reduce cognitive load while maintaining a professional, credible look.
